As well as printing our own range of products, we offer our profestional services to the trade. We have a maximum print area of 610mm x 420mm and can print items that are up to a maximum of 153mm in height.
Ink Type
We print with UV flexible ink in CMYK colours in addition to this we have the facility to print with white ink alone or we can underprint with white ink on dark backgrounds to ensure that CMYK colours stand out.
We also have the facility to print with primer, which is often used on metals to create a stronger surface bond, we can also overprint with gloss to help protect the print surface.
Printable Products
We can print onto most materials including Plastics, Metals, Wood and Glass. Items must be as near to flat as possible on the surface which is to be printed, in order to avoid distortion of the print.
Jig Design
At Print UV we have our own in house jig design and manufacturing facility, we much prefer to do it this way as it gives us full control from start to finish, allowing us to do test cuts and to make small adjustments during the design process, as well as reducing times scales down to a minimum.
Test Prints
We are more than happy to produce test prints for clients, most times this can be done without the need to manufacture a bespoke jig.
Artwork
Vector, PDF or EPS files are best for printing. A jpeg converted to PDF will not give quality results. Please contact us if you would like us to create or edit artwork on your behalf.
