If for any reason you are not happy with the quality of goods supplied then simply return your order to us within 7 days of receipt and we will refund your order.
Please note we do not refund post/packing or shipping charges.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your order for us to process your refund.
Refunds will only be made to the same account that was used for the purchase.
Orders returned must be complete with no shortfall, incomplete returns will not be refunded in part.
All items returned must be returned in the same condition as they were when we sent them. Items deemed as damaged in return transit will not be refunded.
You must contact Print UV prior to returning items so as we can ensure that the return is allocated correctly.

Proof of Posting/Insurance
Please ensure that you have proof of posting and that the returned item is insured. Items deemed as lost in the transit will not be covered by our refund policy.
